Episode 80: Hatzolah with Sim Shain

Dan got to sit down with paramedic and member of Hatzolah Sim Shain to talk about the organization, its response model, the culture, and a lot of questions that were answered. No, it hasn't been studied; (as most of EMS hasn't), but it is impressive. And their commitment to saving lives is admirable. It's actually a fundamental part of Judaism:

Why was man created alone? Is it not true that the creator could have created the whole of humanity? But man was created alone to teach you that whoever kills one life kills the world entire, and whoever saves one life saves the world entire.
